Prominently situated within the coveted Bayside Business District, the mixed-use site sits on almost 5,000 square metres of prime real estate. The Cheltenham Quarter brand identity explored the four elements that made up the business park: a retail space, showrooms, offices, and warehouses. The sales and marketing campaign captured the lifestyle, amenity and convenience of the local area, an enticing additional feature for business owners.
